Great protective cover whether you use it while shooting or solely as a protective guard during transportation between shooting environments.

Great product. Can be installed and removed quickly without having to remove SRO from pistol or carbine. Makes a great protective cover when not firearm not in use. Although it’s made to be used with pistol use, although I prefer to use it when transporting my pistol as it completely protects optics against being smacked into metal and concrete corners during transportation.
Added protection
I work in construction and am always moving heavy material and concrete blocks. I noticed as I was carrying appendix that I was causing some damage to my optic. I purchased this optic guard and couldn’t be happier. It’s slim and doesn’t add to much bulk at all. I would highly recommend this optic guard.
