It works great. I love the protection. Im ocd an it scratches that itch. The lense cover has helped so much too. Not only with dry firing but it keeps finger prints off the lense. Im new to all of this. This thing works. Plain an simple

No more tape residue on my sights teaching someone non-dominant eye shooting. I just leave the lens cover in the stock for next training session. Meantime, the cover acts to protect the expensive sight. My last student didn't even realize there was a cover on the sight until I snapped it off.
