A Stylish Way to Protect Your Optic, But Something Is Missing...

I purchased two of the Opticgard covers for my two Holosun 507K sights and I very much like them both. It is a stylish way of protecting your optic from minor dents and scratches. However, I feel like something is missing. Perhaps what would make this product many times better is a clear plastic shield in the back. That way you can prevent water and debris from obscuring the emitter when used in inclement weather or dusty environments. Essentially it would become an ad hoc enclosed optic. Something to ponder a great deal about.
